The printer is Network attached over wireless via my router. I have the latest drivers - I just checked. In Word 2010 you do this via: File -> Options -> Advanced, and deselect the setting 'Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11' paper sizes' in the Print section.
I've tried everything I can think of to change the margins, reformat the document, etc and I still get the same issue - Word Preview is perfectly aligned, but when the page is printed it is shifted to the left by about an inch (which skews the fold in the middle). Ive solved this problem in previous versions by simply deselecting print scaling in Microsoft Word or in Distiller. If I attempt automatic duplex printing in Word 2013, I get a message saying the margins are outside the printable region.
