To anyone with any common sense it is clearly a responsibility of Thompson Reuters (Endnote creators) to release a patch to cover operation on Office 2010. Their attitude to this is that "It is a Microsoft issue." When endote released Endnote X3 in 2009 they did not notify people that their product could be obsolete in 1 year. The endnote library I have compiled over the last 2 years would be completely impractical and time consuming to replace with a ProCite product so I am forced to seek a refund on your product. I bought Office 2010 from your student support site ".uk" for the very reasonable price I purchased Endnote 13 in 2010 unaware of this future pitfall.
